Are you a couple, or a small family? Perhaps you only need two bedrooms?

We offer flexible booking alternatives and you can opt to rent the whole villa or the lower floor only with a sleeping capacity of 4 and still have full access to the private pool. Extra sofa beds are available and can be provided upon request for an extra two people.
Lower floor area consists of one large living space with two sofas and a small kitchenette area with two cooking hobs. Access to private pool and private villa grounds.
Weekly hire for exclusive use of the lower / basement floor with private swimming pool: £1200/ €1,400
Cleaning/electricity/laundry and garden maintenance fee: £200 / €240
Deposit of £500 / €500, which will be refunded after inspection.
Once your payment has been processed, we will book your date upon our calendar and get in touch via email with information concerning address, directions and access details.
Booking is fully refundable if cancelled up to 30 days before the check-in date. If bookings are cancelled within one week of the date we will keep 80% of the booking charge. Deposit will be returned after 2-3 days when an inspection has been made and there are no damages.
