Laser quest
Holidays aren’t just about soaking up the culture, there also needs to be time for some silly fun too! So, if you’re wondering what to do in Leiria to blow off some steam or keep the children entertained, then go into he city for a game or two of laser tag.
If you are a group of friends on holiday at Villa Nour, Laser Quest is an excellent choice for having fun. Enjoy the restless chase with your laser, avoid getting hit by your opponents, aim, and take them by surprise!
It’s exciting, although it does require a group of individuals getting together.
Laser Quest is located between Villa Nour and the city of Leiria, and it’s a five-minute drive from Villa Nour. The gaming arena looks like you’re inside a dark labyrinth, takes place over two floors, and the friendly staff are always on hand to help you ensure the fun never stops. The staff will explain how the outfits work, and you can request to have the music removed or lower the volume if you are sensitive to the noise levels inside the gaming area.

Karting
As well as Laser Quest, one of the top places to visit in Leiria (well, technically just outside of Leiria), for a few hours of energetic fun is zip lining and go-karting. The adventure park, Parque Aventura Pousos, offers zip-lining experiences and a chance to explore the tree tops.
And if you’re looking for an adrenaline rush, why not consider go-karting at the fun park in Fátima. Kartodromo de Fatima allows both groups and individuals to get out on the track for a race or just to test out your driving skills.
This can be the ideal day out for groups of friends or families with children to entertain. There are two circuits, about 20 to 30 minutes away from home. The one I know best is just after passing Fatima.

There are also a number of other activities proposed, although in some of them, you need to have a minimum number of participants. Activities must also be booked in advance, so it’s advisable to contact Funpark to make the best of your day.
